There is something so comforting about a big bowl of pasta in tomato sauce with tender meatballs covered with pecorino cheese. Fresh ingredients, simple flavors, that’s all you need. Here tonight for the first time. The staff is friendly and helpful, and love the atmosphere. We both tried the spaghetti & meatballs. Good flavor, good cook on the meatballs. However this spaghetti was much too thick, and toothsome for spaghetti. We do want to come back. Would love to try breakfast. D-Ray

Thank you for the visit and for the great feedback. All of our pasta is made fresh, the specific type of spaghetti we make is called spaghetti chitarra is larger and denser than typical spaghetti. If you were to explore other options on our menu, I think that you would find that the other shapes will be a bit more tender. I am so glad to know that you loved the atmosphere and that you enjoyed the flavors of the dish along with the meatballs. We take a great deal of pride in the food we serve here, ensuring everything is as fresh as possible. In fact, you won’t find a freezer or a microwave anywhere in our kitchen!
