We, the Palermo family (Andy, Amber, Agnes and Augustine) have called Canton, Georgia home for over 5 years. With decades of experience running restaurants in, Atlanta, Miami, Phoenix and Tucson, Andy and Amber have always dreamed of a family run and operated restaurant business that serves their community. At P.O.P.S. our guests are our friends and neighbors and our community is so important to us. We know how much a community can influence a family and how much a business can influence a community. Palermo’s Original Pasta & Sandwiches was created to serve the food we love to the people we love by the people we love most!
