Well, friends, Spring has officially sprung… here at POPS, that is! We have been working on this change for some time and we are excited that today is the day. This menu update will bring along some new flavors and you will see the return of an old friend in the Seafood Scampi!

Seafood Scampi – Gulf shrimp, calamari, clams in a garlic-lemon-butter sauce with cherry tomatoes and basil infused oil.

Grandma Gail loves arugula. She would say over and over that it was her favorite vegetable. In this menu change we honor Grandma Gail by making an Arugula-Almond Pesto for a new Pasta dish and by introducing a new salad of Arugula, Strawberry and Burrata! We are so excited about this menu update and cannot wait until our friends and neighbors all have a chance to come in and try it.
