All you Philly folks might recognize the inspiration behind this sandwich. Named the Primo, because it truly is Philly’s first sandwich. It came well before the now heralded Philly Cheesesteak. This sandwich features roasted pork, sauteed broccoli rabe with garlic and aged provolone cheese. I absolutely love this sandwich. This sandwich showcases everything that we are about here at POPS.
