As we wind down service tonight, we look forward to a few days, celebrating the year we have had with the people who mean the most to us. We have an expression here at POPS, that is, “Family is very important” – we believe in allowing our team to share their holidays with their families as we do ours. We want to wish you all a safe and prosperous New Year filled with joy, laughter and pasta! We will be closed on New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day.

When we come back, Thursday, January 2nd, Palermo’s Original Pasta & Sandwiches (or POPS as it is lovingly called) will celebrate its first birthday. Amber, Agnes, Augustine and I could not be more grateful for the year we have had, for the friendships we’ve made along the way and for the growth within ourselves to take on challenge after challenge. We look forward to many more birthdays and many more challenges.

For those who have come along for the ride – we thank you. For those who have created a special memory here – we thank you. For those who have not yet joined us, but are excited to come – we thank you! This year has surpassed all of our expectations in ways that we cannot even begin to describe and friends we just want to say THANK YOU!
