POPS is proud to announce our 6 Month Anniversary here in downtown Canton! The data has shown that the great folks of Canton, and all of Cherokee county, are fans of the classics. Our top selling items (not in order) include, Chicken Parmesan, Spaghetti and Meatballs, our St. Joseph sandwich which is chicken parm with vodka sauce and our Sammy’s Sammie which is our meatball sandwich. Additionally, our classic Caesar Salad has been our number one selling salad, followed closely by our POPS Chopped salad. Beyond the food, however, it has been an absolute joy to be together as a family, watching our kids help out in the dining room and how much kindness you all have shown them. We could not be happier with how the first six months have gone and could not be happier with the support that we have seen from our local community. While we certainly believe we have found our groove, we are still working around the clock to be sure that we are maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency. We are not getting a lot of time off as a family together just yet, but this experience has stimulated some great conversations within our own family. We talk about supporting local businesses and why that is important, we talk about looking for local restaurants to support when we are looking for a bite to eat, and we talk about how important it is to treat everyone exceptionally well as if they are our friends and neighbors (because they most likely are)! Thank you all for your continued support. Our goal has always been to be a great neighborhood restaurant where people can come and go as they please and so far that is what we are seeing!
