Our guests are our friends and neighbors. We have always loved the idea of having a great neighborhood restaurant where people can feel welcome to come and go as they please. Palermo’s Original Pasta & Sandwiches started as a dream and has become a reality. Mark your calendars, P.O.P.S. opens on January 2nd, 2024. Come see us at 8am for a Pepper and Egg Sandwich or some Ricotta Toast with Prosciutto and Tomato. Starting at 11am we, will be serving ALL FRESH MADE pasta with home made sauces, meatballs and sausage. We hope to see you opening week!
